Meet all of your personal fitness goals in 2013 - attend the kick-off meeting for Fitness for Life at the SportsPlex on Thursday, January 3 at 6:30pm. You will receive a complete fitness evaluation "before" and "after" the contest, as well as a schedule of effective workouts and meals to aid you in establishing your new, healthy lifestyle. Certified, experienced trainers who are willing to guarantee results will be available to monitor your progress throughout the contest.
